Chipotle Chili Sauce
I’m always looking for a way to up my taco game. I wanted to make a sauce with a bit of heat and some creaminess to balance the heat. I’m not going to lie; this was so good and definitely took Taco Tuesday to the next level.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Emboss Chipotle Peppers
1 tablespoon mild Green Chilis
2 tablespoons Cilantro
1 1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 teaspoon Cummin
2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/3 cup Lime Juice
This is such a simple explanation it almost seems silly…. but we will give it a go anyway.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
Use a spatula to wipe down the sides and ensure it’s all incorporated.
Blend it one final time.
If it seems too thick to blend, add another tablespoon or two of lime juice.
Pour into a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
I use this on tacos, burgers, sandwiches, or drizzled-over salmon.
Cheers Babes
